Program and Project Management

Sheffield has delivered large and diverse programs of change in both Europe’s and North America’s leading energy companies, both for discrete projects as well as for broader programs containing multiple initiatives. We recognize that each client and vendor has their own preferred techniques and program structures, and we are happy to work with them to define an appropriate program framework to suit all parties. Some of these include:

  • Project Management Office (PMO) support

All program and project related work is enabled with our “Elements” methodology.  The Elements methodology not only incorporates the deep industry knowledge of Sheffield’s expert consulting staff; it is also designed to align with the various technology and software products available in the marketplace today. The name “Elements” is derived from the fact that there are many elements that make up a project and these elements can be isolated and/or combined to make up a Sheffield scope of work.  The idea is that a client engagement may cover anywhere from a few targeted project elements or may include several or even all of the elements that make up an enterprise level project.
